Baani Quilts OPC Pvt Ltd Terms of Service

At Baani Quilts, all the fabrics, quilts and quilted products, batting, threads we supply goes through strict quality check from multiple hands ensuring accurate measurements, defect-free designs or prints, undamaged and unworn condition.

  • USE OF OUR WEBSITE:

          When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

  1. Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
  2. Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorized to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  3. Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.
  4. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, the order will be considered as cancelled.
  • CONTRACT:

    After you place an order you will receive Confirmation mail/Message (Order Confirmation) and (Shipping Confirmation)

  • AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

    All orders are Subject to availability of fabrics and products along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

  • REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:

  1. We will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same.
  2. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product or modifying any product or material or content from our website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
  • DELIVERY:

  1. In Continuation to the clause above regarding the availability of the product and extraordinary circumstances, we will try to make sure to send the order consisting of Product(s) by date indicated in the Delivery confirmation or if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of Order confirmation.
  2. Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
  3. For the purpose of these Conditions, the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.
  • PRICE AND PAYMENT:

  1. The prices on the website include Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties, cesses and delivery charges.
  2. Prices may change at any time.
  • RETURNS: 

You can refer to our Return and Shipping Policy to know more about the process for return. 

  1. Conditions of Returned Products (as would be evaluated on case-by-case basis as per Return and Shipping Policy): The tags on the product should be intact.
  2. The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
  3. The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
  • PROCESS FOR RETURN:

  1. Customers must contact the Baani Quilts team to initiate the return process.

    Once confirmed by our team, we will arrange the pickup of Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • CANCELLATION
  1. You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped out of our Warehouse which is notified through an email within 24 to 48 hours from placing an order. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account.
  2. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling us on our number mentioned on our website under Contact Us.
  3. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation directly reversed from our Third Partner payment gateway Service Provider.
  • FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES:
  1. We prioritise the security of our customers. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are suspected of being fraudulent or violating the terms of this policy.
  2. All returned products undergo thorough inspection to verify their condition and authenticity.
  3. We treat any fraudulent attempts to return products with seriousness and will promptly report such instances to the relevant authorities.
  • MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we assure you that any changes made will always be in your best interest.
